• 8 years managing projects and developments for application software product providers
• 6 years in operations and implementation roles for client companies
• More than 20 years in the telecoms and new media markets, with clients covering mobile and fixed network operators and service providers, Internet portal providers (web and WAP), IP operators and ISPs, and fixed and wireless broadband network providers
• Experience across the full spectrum of BSS and OSS applications, including: web portals, e-commerce and customer self-care; CRM; order capture, service provisioning, number portability; mediation and pre-mediation, rating, billing, payments and financials; Intelligent Network platforms for in-call management and prepaid billing; service assurance, including service level management, alarms monitoring/NMS, and trouble ticketing; inventory management and logistics; reporting and management information
• Other sector experience includes Retail and Distribution, and Public Sector.
