Internal and External Communications
Margaret Emmens is adept at developing effective internal and external communications programmes, with the ability to quickly evaluate, prioritise and address communications requirements and devise and implement creative strategic solutions. One example of this is the planning and delivery of internal and external events programmes, where her expertise will help to maximise the effectiveness of such events.
Internal Communications
If your company is to deliver on its sales and customer satisfaction targets, then the behaviour of all staff needs to support the marketing messages being promoted. The key to that is the means by which those desired behaviours are communicated, and backed up by detailed information on brand and products.
Margaret has experience of the planning, development and delivery of detailed and integrated programmes of communications throughout the organisation, covering top down communications from the top executives, empowering the internet to deliver information that staff want to read and use, and the use of company meetings and internal conferences to spread the word and encourage networking.
External Communications
The secret of successful communications outside the organisation is to understand the message, develop a programme of co-ordinated communications, and ensure the right media are used to deliver them.
Margaret has a long track record in planning and executing all manner of campaigns, from product launches to recruitment drives, using both traditional and new digital media channels. She is a past master at innovative strategies to deliver maximum exposure for minimum outlay.
Events planning and delivery
All organisations take part in exhibitions, conferences and other market sector get-togethers. Too often this is done because "you have to be there" and "to show your face". Major events are a real opportunity to connect with your customer base and to reach new markets, but they need to be planned in the right way, managed in detail during the event, and particularly, followed up with determination.
Margaret has had considerable success in delivering events that participants remember and that generate real business return on the considerable costs involved. Contact Margaret for a white paper on conducting a successful event.
Margaret asks the right questions and works with you to develop the strategy and tactics that are right for your business.
