Emmens.Biz Ltd. - Independent Consultant - 2002-2005 and 2007 to date

Contract project and programme management roles for clients in UK, Czech Republic and Belgium. These included leading the definition and delivery of the full BSS/OSS systems stack for a WiMAX start-up, the definition of major convergent billing replacement systems architectures and supplier selection, and management of various projects in web site implementation and e-commerce for a mobile operator.

Cerillion - Senior Project Manager - 2005-2007

Recruited as a senior project manager for larger projects for this telecoms BSS systems provider. Led implementation and upgrade projects for clients in UK, Malta and Guyana.

Logica Consulting (formerly DDV) - Client Partner, Telecoms - 1997-2001

Appointed as Managing Consultant, and gained rapid promotion to Practice Manager and then Client Partner. Carried out a number of interim management and project roles for clients in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Sponsoring Partner, and conference speaker, for Logica Consulting's CRM practice.

Responsible for OSS and BSS sales support, for management of all bids in the Communications Industry Services division, and for consultancy projects.
